Rewards page not loading
I received an email with the rewards I am eligible for and when I click on the link, the rewards page does not load and I cannot pick any rewards. I tried different browsers, I cleared cache and cookies, and tried the app, different phone and nothing. Can you please help.

Can you initiate a direct message and start with your full name and address? To start a message, you must be signed in. Please click the envelope icon in the top right of the page next to the bell, and send your message to "Xfinity Support". Talk to you there!
