restore secondary account

I tried to change my secondary account settings but because I have new phone number I wasn't able to log in. So I decided to remove this account and restore. Now it says that username is taken. So is there any way I can restore this account?

Normally it takes 90 days.  You can try calling Customer Security Assurance to see if they can do anything.
