restore deleted xfinity id
On 03/16/2023 I deleted my xfinity ID. As a result, I lost access to <my xfinity ID>@comcast.net emails. Since this is my primary email address, I tried to recreate this xfinity ID. I couldn't due to a "username is taken" error. This means that the ID has not actually been deleted, but marked as deleted. I need real technical support. I chatted with 8 agents and everyone assured me that the ID was restored. Below are some promises:
03/18/2023, around 7pm PST, agent Shubham: "Alright! I have updated your username it should get updated 1 hour."
03/20/2023, around 2:30pm PST, agent Deep: I have fixed everything for you and the troubleshooting steps taken should resolve the issue within one hour. I would request you to try within an hour and we can follow-up with a text message or phone call after one hour to confirm resolution, sounds good to you ?
03/20/2023, around 4pm PST, agent Wasim: Your user ID to access the account and ***@comcast.net it may take some time to update on the system but I assure you it will be updated. I will also arrange a follow up for you to confirm it is updated. If you miss the call you can also contact our higher team on 18778076581
On 3/21/2023 my deleted xfinity ID is not restored and I still have no access to my emails.

In order to get to me try the following;
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I cannot set a message to XfinityAntoine because there is no such name in the To suggestion list.

XfinityAntoine solved my problem in 2 minutes. In 5 days, none of the 6 agents I contacted earlier were able to do this. I cannot express my apreshoiation to the XfinityAntoine. He is very professional. Thank you, XfinityAntoine.
