reset email password from outside my home network

I received notice that my old comcast email accounts will be deleted in 90 days unless i take action. i try to log into the email accounts but the system is requiring i reset the password while connected to my home network.  Unfortunately i am away from home and will not return within the 90 days I have to review my email.

I have spent an hour with the virtual assistant which just goes in circles and I can not find a contact telephone number to speak with someone for help. 

any advice?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
