Remove old modem from my account

Upgrade my modem and now I would like to remove the old one from my account so I can re-sell it. Its a Arris Surfboard SB6183.

Hey @user_j14u2w, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. I can certainly help get the old modem removed. Can you send us a direct message so I can? 

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
