I WANT TO REMOVE A USER FROM MY ACCOUNT, EVERY TIME I DO THIS IT'S BLOCKED AND SAYS REMOVE UPCOMING PAYMENT. I PAID THE BILL TO ZERO, IT'S STILL NOT LETTING ME REMOVE A USER. HOW DO I FIX THIS?
