Reactivating issue
I need to access my email to log into an app that I was signed out of. I logged into this Xfinity email and no emails are being shown, and error message pops up. It say I need to reactivate my account but when I hit reactivate I am taken back to and empty mailbox with the same error message. It’s an endless loop. I need to access this email.
