Problems logging into my account

I’m having problems logging into the website to be able to buy the service. Every time I hit login it immediately brings me to the home page and logs me out im just trying to get internet but your website makes it seem impossible.

@XfinityFrank​  nope it’s sending me in the exact same loop of trying to login and it immediately logging me out

@user_8b5e1s Thanks for that information. I can confirm that the site is working, as I was able to log in with my personal account. You may want to clear cache/cookies on the device you're using to see if that helps. But in the meantime, I can get you signed up manually if you prefer. If so,

please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address, phone number and email address as well as any parameters you have for the service you want like speed, and we can get started!
