Primary user

So for some reason I can't seem to sign up for Xfinity rewards! It always tells me that I need permission from the primary account holder. And since I live alone and I'm the only person on the account and I'm listed as a primary account holder with management capability I should be able to do that on my own...... But guess what? It won't let me sign up or change anything. And the Xfinity assistant and customer service or not working.

@user_c7cbcf Thank you for letting us know and thank you @BruceW for the screenshot. You may want to try this link (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-change-your-username) and scroll down to 'Find your Xfinity ID using the Xfinity App'. Follow the steps there and that should show you what your username is. If you're still having trouble, we may need to bring you into a DM conversation instead, but we'll wait and see if the link and the steps included there work for you.

I found that I have two profiles. I guess when I got married and we moved, comcast gave me a second profile with my married name and I never new it was set to manager only. There is no option to delete or transfer the old profile so how do I do this?
