Primary User Issue and Xfinity Mobile

I am having the exact same issue listed in this post: https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/My-Account/ANSWERED-How-to-fix-Cannot-Log-Into-Xfinity-Mobile-Primary/ta-p/2944495

My xfinity internet account says I am the primary user, however when I login to xfinity mobile it says I cannot do anything because I am not the primary user.

Please help.
