POA Documents

Hi. My father passed away last year and we now have my mother in assisted living. Their xfinity account at their home is still active while we get things ready. I need to get myself added onto the account as POA for her so that I can administer things for her. Can you please provide me with either the portal to do this or a specific number I can call to get this process started? Thank you very much!

It's always nice seeing loved ones doing all they can to help make things smoother for their family. You have a few options here in regard to your request. Our team can help get a ticket created, or you can follow the instruction in the What to do when an account holder passes away as it will direct you on how to transfer ownership of the account. Which path would you prefer to take?

Actually, I apparently have a third option. A nice xfinity customer service rep named Sahla (spelling?) just informed me on the phone that I can take the legal documentation and current bill to an xfinity store to make the changes on the account. Thank you!
