Platinum Member Missing Peacock Premium Activation Banner

Hello,
I am a long-standing Platinum Rewards member, and I am trying to activate my free Peacock Premium benefit. However, the activation tile is missing from my Rewards dashboard, and the banner does not appear in the Xfinity Assistant.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
  1. Logged into xfinity.com (It says I am ineligible or the page is blank).
  2. Checked xfinity.com (Peacock is not listed there).
  3. Cleared my browser cache/cookies and tried Incognito mode.
  4. Confirmed I am using my Primary Xfinity ID.
Could an official employee please look at my account and manually push the Peacock activation banner to my Xfinity Assistant or Rewards page?

I am sorry to hear about the issues with the Xfinity rewards and the offer for Peacock, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address
• Press Enter to send it

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.

@user_hc7h1i Did you ever get this figured out? I'm having the same issue and waiting to hear back from support. It seems like a lot of people are having this issue, I wonder why
