Platinum Member Missing Peacock Premium Activation Banner
Hello,
I am a long-standing Platinum Rewards member, and I am trying to activate my free Peacock Premium benefit. However, the activation tile is missing from my Rewards dashboard, and the banner does not appear in the Xfinity Assistant.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
- Logged into xfinity.com (It says I am ineligible or the page is blank).
- Checked xfinity.com (Peacock is not listed there).
- Cleared my browser cache/cookies and tried Incognito mode.
- Confirmed I am using my Primary Xfinity ID.
Could an official employee please look at my account and manually push the Peacock activation banner to my Xfinity Assistant or Rewards page?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Press Enter to send it
