Pending Order on this Account

Hello, I am trying to activate the subscriptions that were offered to me for upgrading my internet. However, when I go to activate them there is a notice at the top that says there is a pending order on this account. What do I need to do to resolve that? Thank you.

Hello @user_89s304 and thank you for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forum!  😀

If you performed the upgrade in the past day or so, it can usually take 24-72 hours for the order to complete fully in our system.  Typically, you must wait for the pending order to complete completely before the activation tool for streaming offers will become available.  

You can check status of the pending order via the Xfinity App.

How long ago did you actually perform the upgrade of service?

Thank you for getting back to me. I went to an Xfinity store 2 weeks ago and they got me setup. However it was not supposed to take effect until I changed addresses, which was yesterday.

So then we are looking at a time delay.  Once the services are activated 'live', it can take a bit of time for everything to process through the various systems between us and the services you are being provided by the streaming carriers.  Please wait for the pending order to complete in your Xfinity App, and once it's done, you should be good to go! 

If you still see the pending notification beyond the 24-72 hour time frame, definitely let us know, and we can take a deeper dive on it!  We appreciate your patience! ❤️
