Peacock Premium addition
I was told that the above addition could access NBA games aired on peacock once activated. So far, every time I attempt to open a game, I am told I need to PAY for a subscription! How do we get this resolved promptly?

Have you completed the activation process for the peacock premium service by following the instructions in the Activate Peacock Premium from an Xfinity or NOW promotional offer article?
