Peacock is activated, but not allowing access for premium programming

My free premium peacock is activated, but it does not give me access to premium programming.  Tried peacock, no help.  I called (800) 934-6489 friday morning.  Put me into the texting option.  I did this, 20 minutes.  Person said someone from xfinity would call me in 3 hrs.  This was around noon EST.  No call.

I have a problem that I need to speak to a human about, but can't get through to anyone. 

Anyone know how I can reach a person to speak with?  Thanks.  Brian
