peacock roku

I have an xfinity internet service only account.  They gave me free peacock and I have activated the offer.  I already had a peacock account for free stuff. 

I stream peacock through my Roku.  How do I access the premium free peacock via my roku account.  My basic email address is tied to my free account and this is what peacock recognizes.  I can't find any link on peacock to activate my free service?

This does not answer my question.    I have already activated the account.  I may have activated it incorrectly?  How do I use it streaming peakcock through roku?

If you've already activated your free Peacock premium subscription you would sign into the Peacock account with the Xfinity ID that you used to create the Peacock subscription

My free premium peacock is activated, but it does not give me access to premium programming.  Tried peacock, no help.  I called (800) 934-6489 friday morning.  Put me into the texting option.  I did this, 20 minutes.  Person said someone from xfinity would call me in 3 hrs.  This was around noon EST.  No call.

I have a problem that I need to speak to a human about, but can't get through to anyone. 

Anyone know how I can reach a person to speak with?  Thanks.  Brian
