Peacock and hulu activation issue

Not able to active peacock and hulu that comes with my fiber internet service. Have been reach out to chat and on call with agent but no solution at all.

Hi. There is no active button next to the sunscription no matter which process i was told to follow, i was told to log in with id, then gmail, then comcast.net. nothing works.

I received several activation step but non of it worked.  Can you manually link the subscription to my account?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
