Peacock Activation Issues
Hi, I recently moved to a new address that has a new account number associated with it. I get free Peacock with my service. Now, I am permanently stuck in an activation loop trying to link my existing Peacock account. Can a specialist please open a backend ticket to do an Account Entitlement Reset/Refresh to unlink the old address to the email account? Thank you! (FYI, I already unlinked the old address, but it still does not work)

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with Peacock at the new address, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. Thank you for letting us know that you have already unlinked your Peacock account from the old address. After you did that did you try going through the Peacock activation process again for the new address?
