The easiest way to update your payment method is through the Xfinity app or by signing in to your account online. Once you’re logged in, head to the billing section and look for “Payment methods” where you can add or update your card or bank information.

@user_kguwlo This is a great question. You're in the right place for a resolution. I have a link to share with the steps on how to update your saved payment method.

Here are the steps:

Online Steps:

1. Sign in to your account to view your Billing details.

2. Under Bill Settings, choose Payment Methods.

3. Next, you can add, edit or remove payment methods.

4. By choosing Add Payment Method, you’ll have the option to add a new bank account or new credit/debit card. Choose your payment method and click Continue. If you select New bank account or New credit/debit card, you’ll need to confirm your identity by entering a six-digit code sent to a trusted contact method before proceeding. When adding a new bank account, you’re asked to connect to your financial institution using Plaid. We use Plaid to protect your bank account and to make sure account use is verified and valid.

5. Enter your name, payment information, and agree to the Stored Payment Methods Terms & Conditions. Click Save. Note: You’ll also have the option to Turn on automatic payments using the newly added payment method.

6. You’ll get a confirmation message.

 

Xfinity App Steps:

1. Log in to the Xfinity app using your Xfinity ID. Don’t have the app yet? Download it for free from Google Play or the App Store, or text "APP" to 266278.

2. Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.

3. Choose Bill details under the account balance section.

4. Tap Bill settings in the payment section.

5. Choose Payment methods.

6. Now you can Remove or Add a Payment Method by picking the option you need.

7. By choosing Add Payment Method, you’ll have the option to add a new bank account or new credit/debit card. Choose your payment method and tap Continue. If you pick New bank account or New credit/debit card, you’ll need to confirm your identity by entering a six-digit code sent to a trusted contact method before proceeding. 

8. Enter your name, payment information and agree to the Stored Payment Methods Terms & Conditions. Tap Save. Note: You’ll also have the option to Turn on automatic payments using the newly added payment method.

9. You’ll get a confirmation message.
