Let’s try these steps on your iPhone:
Restart the iPhone
This clears stuck sessions that can block a login.
Delete the saved password
Go to
Settings → Passwords
Find the saved entry for this account and delete it.
Manually re‑enter the password
Open the app or site and type the password—don’t use autofill.
If it's an email account:
Remove the account and re-add it:
Settings → Mail → Accounts → [Account] → Delete Account
Then add it again.
Check for iOS updates
Settings → General → Software Update
Outdated iOS can cause login issues.
