@user_vf6r74 Been on news that thousands nation wide are out. Mine is now back on in New Hampshire. Would have been nice to somehow get information as support was not working. I tried the app on cell phone, online chat on internet laptop (home wifi was working), calling xfinity on telephone voip line. Nothing worked! They are giving me a $5 credit. I would give up the credit if they could clean up there act and actually have support that worked when you need it. I think I am going to switch to a different provider after being a customer for around 50 years (fiber is now availabe where I live and I could save some money and get faster internet speed)
