Ordered internet but no confirmation, cannot sign in to account
I ordered internet with an appointment for installation last Thursday, however I received no confirmation and no one showed up. When trying to log in to the account I created during the order, the login appears to complete but once I'm returned to the xfinity page it shows me as not logged in and prompts me to sign in again. I tried again to create an order which found and linked to the account on my email, but again received no order confirmation.

If you send our team a direct message with your full name and address, we'll be able to locate your account and make sure you're all set.
