Online account slow and unusable

Trying to do anything with my account is painfully slow.

Just keep getting the 3 dots of death while it is waiting on their back end.

yes I cleared the cache.  Completely not useable

The online account is my favorite way to manage my bill and account details, so I definitely want to ensure it is working for you! What device are you using when you have issues with the online account? Have you tried another device and are you having the same issue? Also, have you tried using the app and is that working?

If you are able try incognito mode without extensions on your browser.

Did you try my suggestion of incognito mode without extensions on your browser[s]?  Also, Chrome and Edge are based on the same engines.  You might want to try Firefox or another browser.
