Notification of Xfinity Community Insights surveys
I've been a member of the Community Insights program for some time but I'm no longer being notified of new surveys. How do I get Xfinity to keep.me up to date on new community surveys?

Welcome to the Xfinity Forum and thank you for posting your question here. We apologize that you are experiencing issues with the Xfinity Community Insights website. Per that website:
Why am I not receiving any email invitations?
The Xfinity Insights Community usually contacts members with opportunities for surveys about once a month. There may be times where you are contacted more or less frequently. If you are not receiving invitations, please ensure that our emails from support@xfinityinsightscommunity.com are not going to your spam folder. You will also receive more invitations to participate if your profile (on the "Profile" page) is complete.
Unfortunately, you will need to reach out to that team directly for assistance with that website.
