Not receiving notifications

Hello, my notifications from cloudimperiumgames.com never come in. Not in junk email. Tried to check on both web and Thunderbird - that I primarily use. Can you please have one of your wonderful email engineers please take a look on your end in the list of blocked emails from 10/13 for anything coming from cloudimperiumgames.com to my email address and whitelist it? Much appreciated.

We can certainly take a further look @reanor! Just to confirm, are you not being notified that you received an email from this email address or are you not receiving any of the emails from this email address?

I am receiving normal emails. Not receiving the notifications with the access code only. Because of that, I can't log in into my account on their website. I've also tried different browsers. There are no compaints from the other website users that I can see on their discord. So it's just xfinity issues again, apparently, somewhere is a blacklist that prevents me receiving my notifications.

I appreciate you for clarifying that @reanor! Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name, full address, and email address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:.


Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
