Not receiving my email

I have using my email for decades and never had problem receiving emails from my bank, so I'm puzzled for the past 2 weeks my banker notification emails is undeliverable to me? I looked and know my settings are fine, I spoke to my banker technician who said there was no issue on their side sending emails and suggested that I contact xfinity which I did last week via online chat and they said it has been corrected and to wait 24 hours for it to reset. Well 5 days passed and still the email is undeliverable. I would a technician in this forum to look into it and correct it for me please?

After having gone through xfinity online chat and was passed between 3 technicians who couldn't resolve the issue, they directed me to contact xfinity CSA department for assistance. After a lengthy discussion via phone with a Xfinity CSA Level 1 technician, Jay who worked on the problem and told me that he wasn't sure if he had solved the problem so he said he has to pass it to Level 2 to contact me. Shortly, I start receiving my emails. A short while later a Level 2 technician, Jessica called me and I told her that it appeared that whatever the Level 1 technician did, it appears to have solved the issue. I appreciate the work and hope I won't have to experience undeliverable email problem again.

That's definitely strange and I can imagine how frustrating that must be! We'd be happy to troubleshoot your concerns further, rest assured you've reached the right team to help. For security purposes, can you please initiate a private chat by clicking the top right icon and searching Xfinity Support?
