New customer

Hi, I am a new customer. I made an account earlier today but never received a confirmation email. When I tried to log in and click on account information, it just continuously loads. I thought it was an error and that nothing went through so I attempted to go through the sign up process again. It then tried to connect the new account to the one I had made previously today. I do not understand what is going on. I am unable to load anything on my account. Can someone please check to make sure my order went through and that a second order was not made?? I work from home so I need this set up and fixed ASAP. Thank you.
