New "5 Year Pricing" plans revert to higher prices during sign up

Hello, I have tried multiple times to step through the process of signing up for 300 mps internet which is posted at $55/month. As I go through the steps, the price remains at $55/month until the page where I should sign up for auto pay. As I already have auto pay, my information is pre-populated but the price JUMPS to $65/month. If I step on to the next page the new higher price persists.  Images attached showing the steps where the price increases. It does not go back down if I continue through the process. I am sure there is just a glitch in the website, but can you please advise how I should proceed with getting this update made to my plan?

Hi there, @bmbatt! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. We have no information on there being a known glitch. Normally we see that being the case if someone is signing up without being signed in with their primary XFINITY ID though. What we can do is process this for you manually if you would like. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address to get started.
