Netflix charge

We were charged for Netflix & we haven’t watched anything. Also, I thought we got Netflix with our subscription

I am sorry to hear about the charges you incurred for Netflix, I know its frustrating when you are charged for something you thought was included, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. Depending on the plan you are on, it is possible that Netflix is included. If so it would be listed on the Xfinity statement, have you had a chance to check the statement and see if it shows that Netflix is part of the package?
