Need to Change My Legal Name After Marriage

I have seen multiple people asking this. The response is to direct message Xfinity/Comcast. I can not find any way to do that. How do I direct message to change my name?

user_vquwds Hi there! If you are using a mobile device, you will see a blue circle hovering opver the screen. it has an evelope with a plus sign inside. As for the website itself, you will see an envelope icon next to the bell in the top-right corner of the page. You must be signed in for both of these options.

Who do I send it to? Per below it says I can't send an unsolicited DM. I just need to change my legal name on my account.

@XfinityAirelle​ I was married recently and I need to change the last name on my account in accordance with my legal name change. I can't seem to find any clear path to do so.
