Need assistance resetting Peacock linking token ("Xfinity account already linked" error)

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to activate the Peacock Premium offer included with my Xfinity service, but every time I click to redeem it, I get the red error message:

"Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account."

I only have one Peacock account and one active Xfinity service address, so it seems like an old backend activation token or orphaned account link might be stuck on my Xfinity profile.

Has anyone else run into this issue recently, or could an official Xfinity representative help clear/unlink any stuck Peacock tokens tied to my Xfinity account so I can finish setting this up?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Sorry about that.

When I sign in directly to Peacock without going through Xfinity, everything is normal. I currently don't have any subscriptions or plans. I have not had a previous account with Xfinity that is no longer active. Just one single account.

No worries @user_uijcbf! This error usually happens if your email is linked to an old, inactive account. Even if you have only ever lived at one address, ending and restarting your service creates a brand-new account number under our system. Let’s head back over to our Direct Messages, and I will gladly take a closer look to get this sorted out for you!
