My xfinity sign in profile seems to be broken

when i go to sign into xfiniy.com i don't have all the menus on the page and things seem to be missing. 

Like once i log in, under the account menu, all i have listed is sign out. the only menus i have at the op of the page is xfinity and comcast business. i have no way to go look at my bill or anything once i am signed in.

i will also say this, the forums are also janky for me, i have no scroll bar and i am using the latest version of google chrome.

@B4wii Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. It sounds like you may be signing in to your account under a username that is not listed as the primary. Only the primary username would have full access to all the details online, such as the billing. Are you able to see what users you have on the account by chance?

Yes, I am the only user on my Xfinity account. I have always only been the only user.

Are you using your Xfinity ID to log in or a third-party email address like Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, etc. to log in? 

I no longer work for Comcast.

@XfinityChe​ I am using my Gmail e-mail address. I've never had any issues until moving to a new address and my online account got all jacked up.

Hmm... I wonder if something happened and your username was removed as the primary. I'd like to double check but I need your account info to do so. Can you send a direct message addressed to 'Xfinity Support' with your first & last name and address? It will be attached to this thread so we'll know exactly who you are and what's going on.

Happens to me now and then. I usually go to another device and hope that there it will show. Something with cookies, i guess. But i dont want to guess, i would rather prefer they hired someone who knows how to make a web page.
