My wife keeps getting notices that a secondary user changed the email password

several times now my I received an email from xfinity saying a secondary user has changed their password and my wfe cannot sign into her email account until she changes the password.. This seems to happen if she once in awhile types here password wrong when signing in. Can you tell me whats going on here?
