several times now my I received an email from xfinity saying a secondary user has changed their password and my wfe cannot sign into her email account until she changes the password.. This seems to happen if she once in awhile types here password wrong when signing in. Can you tell me whats going on

I am at the point of pulling what little hair I have left out of my head. My last name on my account somehow became misspelled which causes any orders I make to be canceled. I contacted support via phone they sent me a ECM to fill out since I have not changed my name or gotten divorced I would guess

no I did not other than a link to the ECN at the beginning

I just checked my account and the name is still spelled incorrectly
