My android can no longer access Xfinity Mobile

My wifi setting on my phone can no longer access the xfinity mobile network, it asks for domains and certificates???

We would be more than happy to assist in troubleshooting your mobile cellular device and the Xfinity Hotspot connectivity concerns. Have you already tried uninstalling the Xfinity App, reinstalling the Xfinity App, then complete sign in process? Could you please give these steps a try then attempt connection to the hotspot?

@XfinityDemitrius i have done unistall reinstall, and it didnt work but idk what a hotspot would b in this regard?

Hello, @user_srtuhw, you mentioned that when you look at the available networks under your Wi-Fi settings, you’re unable to connect to the Xfinity Mobile network. That is the hotspot the previous agent was referring to. When you select the Xfinity Mobile network from the list, does it give you an option to forget the network?
