Hey @user_srtuhw, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to assist in troubleshooting your mobile cellular device and the Xfinity Hotspot connectivity concerns. Have you already tried uninstalling the Xfinity App, reinstalling the Xfinity App, then complete sign in process? Could you please give these steps a try then attempt connection to the hotspot?

Hello, @user_srtuhw, you mentioned that when you look at the available networks under your Wi-Fi settings, you’re unable to connect to the Xfinity Mobile network. That is the hotspot the previous agent was referring to. When you select the Xfinity Mobile network from the list, does it give you an option to forget the network?

For clarity, is it a hotspot connection issue, or is it the overall cell network that you don't have any service or connection with? If it is the cell service, the first step is to try resetting the network settings by tapping Settings > System > Reset options >Reset mobile network. That will refresh the connection with the cell network.

Gotcha. Thanks for the clarification. The Xfinity Mobile Hotspots are an additional feature with the XM service that we can try to troubleshoot with you. Are you broadcasting the hotspot from your XM device to connect to another device (tablet, computer, etc.), or are you trying to connect to a public XM hotspot?

My apologies for the confusion on my part. Is it a public hotspot you are trying to connect to, such as xfinitywifi, XFINITY, or Xfinity Mobile?
