Multiple addresses listed under my account

I log in trying to change my internet plan and when I am prompted to select my address my address is listed 3 times.

I have previous used on of these addresses and it resulted in multiple accounts being active or effectively double billing.

I would like to have only the address with the active internet remain and the other two copies removed from my account.

Then I can more easily deal with changing my plan.

Good morning @user_87kka4, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues changing the plan online because of the multiple accounts, but you have reached the right team that can take a look into this for you. Have you tried going into the Xfinity app and unlinking the other accounts from your Xfinity ID? You can find the steps for that here.
