I also claimed the Dave and Busters gift card at 12:01pm. When I hit the button "Visit Dave and Busters" the screen reads "HTTP Status 500-Internal Server Error". Please honor the gift card, your server appears to be the problem.

This is a widespread issue for customers who claimed this offer shortly after 12 pm EST. For example, I can see the offer under "Your redeemed benefits," but when I click on the "Visit Dave and Busters" button to retrieve the gift card I get the error message instead. The links are the problem, as they end in "eid=null" instead of long alphanumeric codes.

I also claimed the Dave and Busters $10 gift card this morning, it's listed under my redeemed benefits. But under "How to Use", normally it has a link to "Redeem Now", instead the button says "Visit Dave and Busters". I click it and it goes to a blank page that says

I've tried a few more times today and it still goes to that error page. I see elsewhere on the forums that this is a widespread problem. I'd appreciate it if the error can be resolved so I can redeem my gift card. Thanks.
@user_lmpdrb Thank you so much for letting us know you are also running into an issue redeeming your Dave and busters member offer. Since this is an error when the new page goes to load, have you, by chance, checked to see if the same issue happens if you use a different browser?

Even if you remove the EID=NULL at the end of the link, it will now take you to a
EGIFT_IRE3_504
That error code means the gift card was never activated by Xfinity prior to generating the link.
With some direct messages with an Xfinity assistant, they were able to fix the problem and emailed me a new link to a gift card that works, so my problem got resolved.
