"Looks Like Something Went Wrong"
Hello, I'd like to request your help. When I try to access my account information and other Xfinity webpages on any of my PCs using either Chrome or Edge, the page in question loads briefly and then switches to a "Looks like something went wrong" error message. I am unable to access these Xfinity webpages as a result. I have tried refreshing the pages, clearing cookies, logging out and back in. Please help.

@SgtHowl Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forums page. We are very sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing our Xfinity sites but we can definitely see what is going on. Since you have already tried a good number of things we would have asked you to try, can you also try to pull the power cable out of your modem for about 2-minutes and then plug it back in? It sounds like you are experiencing a glitch and this is normally the fix for it.
