Terrible customer service. No help at all yesterday from 8:30 - 3:00 pm yesterday. Spent the first several hours with AI trying to talk to someone. Finally got through but did not help. Was suppose to escalate my case to upper management but was never connected.

received email and stated that I was all set

very upsetting waisted day with xfinity. I had to drive to an xfinity store to get it resolved 

I am on vacation and waisted almost an entire day with no help from customer service. When I get home I will be looking for another company, I’ve 

been with you for way over 20 years and customer service does not exist anymore
