Listed as secondary user while only user on account
When trying to make a payment, I reach a page that says "Restricted Section. As a secondary user, you cannot access restricted areas of My Account". However, I am the only user on the account. When looking up the ID, I see that my information is the only one there

Hi there! @user_c9e78q We are happy you took the time out of your day to contact us and we are here to help with your Xfinity ID profile to make sure it is set up correct. To get started can you send us a DM with your name and address?
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
