Link to EBB Application leads to nowhere

I see I'm not the only one. I got an email this morning from Xfinity stating I may be eligible for the EBB program.

I applied and the National Verifier approved me because of my Medicaid and income status. I have an application ID as well.

However when I go to https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/ebb and go to step 3: I click on Start EBB Application. But when I click on it, it just takes me to a blank loading page. After that sits there for a few minutes, it just takes me to a 'Review my Order' page. It then lists it as:

Monthly Charges: Your Xfinity Plan (amount I pay)

Added to your plan: Equipment and Services


Order Summary

I got no application page from Xfinity. I am an existing customer since 2018 and have Performance Internet with Extreme. As far as I am aware I do not have internet essentials. I do not subscribe or pay for any other Xfinity services. I do not rent an Xfinity modem as I use a device I own.

After clicking that link there was absolutely nowhere to input the ID number from the USAC Lifeline National Verifier.
