Issue since installation

I can't access my xfinity account ever since installation I continously get kicked from the xfinity page whenever I try. Any tips/tricks?

No I don't get any error messages it just takes forever to load then I see my account for a split second and then throws me out.

Actually let me correct that, it's after I login and select any other option present such as billing or my account that it takes forever to load I see it for a breif second then it throws me out

Are you experiencing the same issue on the Xfinity app? Have you already tried clearing any cache and cookies on your browser? 

@XfinityRuben yes cleared cache and cookies and attempted the process on pc and mobile no luck
