Internet order did not go through after submission

I ordered new internet service a few days ago. I went through the steps confirming my email and even putting in my credit card number, but after pressing the final submit button, the confirmation page never loaded and I never received a confirmation email. This was a few days ago as I waited to see if maybe it would take a little longer to go through, but it never did. I can log into my account but upon clicking anything it immediately logs me out. 

I see that this issue has been posted about multiple times in the last year. Any fix?

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know the issue you are having with setting up an order @SahintheFalcon . Have you tried to place an order after clearing cache and cookies and using incognito mode? https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/private-browsing
