Internet offer for 2 years of Peacock Premium was activated in April 2024 but stopped working today

Our internet subscription that started in April of 2024 included a 2 year Peacock Premium subscription.

The Peacock Premium subscription was activated in April and worked great until today.

Now when we log in to peacocktv.com or on the mobil app we are prompted to sign up for a paid subscription plan, none of the shows we have been watching will play, and on the accounts page it says the account does not have a subscription.

We have tried going to xfinity.com/activate-peacock and signing in with our Xfinity ID and password, but that page says our peacock account is already activated.

Hello user_bfwifo, I can see how that Peacock access issue would get in the way of some weekend plans, but I have your back on this. I love the movies we roll out to Peacock, so let's roll up our sleeves and work together on this. I see you've sent a DM, but I'd first like to get on the same page before we look into your account. Are you able to confirm you're using the same Xfinity ID that was used to activate the reward? Also, are you able to test any other devices that can access the Peacock app? I am using the same Xfinity ID that was used to activate the reward.

I have tried the Android Peacock app, Apple Peacock app, and through a Chrome browser, all of which previously had worked until today.

I was not aware of the DM rule, apologies.
