Immediately logged out of account after signing in

Desktop Xfinity.com website --> click login --> briefly shows purple oval (logged in) --> automatically logged out.
I am unable to access my account.

I have tried:

- multiple different browsers 

- fiddle with cookies / privacy settings / extensions

- Update OS

I've never been able to stay logged in successfully. This started happening a few days ago. I am a new customer.

When you say that you are not able to stay logged in, does it loop back to the log in page? Are you getting any type of error? Are you logging in with the correct username and password?-Richard

yes details being entered correctly. successful login, then loop back to the white oval or "sign in" in the top right. No error provided. Simply back to the xfinity home page.

Gotcha! I'd like to take a look at your account to see what I can find. In order to get started can you, please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3lv0gXz

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
