I want to switch my plan to Xfinity Student

I recently discovered the available Xfinity Student services, however, I already have a base account.

I would like to have the student services applied to my account, however, I do not want to cancel and restart my Xfinity service.

Is there a way to verify my current student status and have the pricing updated?

Thanks for reaching out, user_ykslhb! To switch your plan to Xfinity Student, you need to follow these steps:

Sign in to your account on xfinityoncampus.com.
Go to the Accounts page.
Under the Subscriptions tab, click Manage on the right of the service you wish to cancel.
Select Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the box and follow the prompts.

No problem! When you click on the link I sent you it will load a page. It also provides a link for students that live off campus. It will be this link https://www.xfinity.com/student and if follow the prompts it will take you to where you need to go.
