If you are needing a PIN to transfer service from Xfinity mobile, you can get that from the Xfinity App with these steps: Use Primary or Manager’s Xfinity ID and password to sign in to the Xfinity app. Select the Services tab. Select Mobile Lines and Data Usage under Mobile. Select the mobile number you want to transfer to a new service provider. Scroll down and tap Transfer or cancel this line. Scroll down and tap Get started.* Verify your identity to continue, tap send code. Enter the OTP. Then, select Verify. Choose the number from the drop-down menu to get the security PIN through text. Tap Send My PIN to this number. A text message will be sent with the security PIN. *Once you receive your PIN, make sure any line that you’re transferring has number lock turned off.
