I can't unlink my account

I have an account that is inactive and linked to my current. When I login to try and unlink it I keep getting a message that the old account is enrolled in autopay and I need to turn it off. When I try to switch accounts online I can't access it either. This is getting extremely frustrating!

Thank you for your post @bradsu44 since your old account is disconnected your autopay should technically be inactive too. Your old account should be delinked since it is no longer active. How long ago did you disconnect that old account?

I can't even switch accounts. When I hit Switch it simply loads the current account.
